This endpoint quantifies true mechanical intensity across multi-modal movements. By applying our Newtonian engine to "flat" data (reps, weight, and time), we normalize performance against an athlete's specific biomechanical profile to reveal their actual power output in any given WOD.

RepMax

Capture peak power for maximal-effort repetitions.

RepMax calculates the high-force, short-duration ceiling of an athlete’s performance. By analyzing the absolute mechanical output of single-rep movements, this endpoint identifies the high-intensity "anchor" of the power-duration profile and defines the athlete’s neuromuscular limit.
